Refund & Return Policy
Last updated: November 2026. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for digital products purchased from ITB Audio Plugins.
In short
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided the digital product has not been downloaded or used. Once a product is downloaded or activated, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
1. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must not have been downloaded, installed, activated, or used in any way.
- Because our products are digital goods delivered electronically, downloading or using the product constitutes acceptance and removes the right to a refund.
2. How to request a refund
To start a refund request, contact ITB Audio Plugins and include the following order details so we can locate and verify your purchase:
- — Your full name and email address used at checkout
- — The order number or receipt
- — The name of the product you purchased
- — The date of purchase
- — A brief reason for the request
3. Processing your refund
Once your request is received and verified, we will review it and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
4. Non-refundable cases
Refunds will not be granted when the product has been downloaded, installed, activated, or used, or when the 14-day window has passed. This is standard for digital goods, since the product cannot be physically returned once delivered.
